All clients begin with a 1-hour introductory training session for $175.  If you purchase a package, cost of the session is deducted.  In this session, I'll get some preliminary info from you ahead of time and then cater the training around what you'd like to accomplish.  Please click below to book and I look forward to hearing from you!
