The weekend warrior. You have a career and/or weekly engagements but would be lying if you said you don't daydream OFTEN about your weekend activities.
You don't have the time to train like a professional athlete and may be stressed by that limitation, but come the weekend, still aspire to perform your best. Let's tackle your goals together--in a deliberate and focused way that best fits you.
Your strength, performance, and how you feel in your day to day can definitively be improved with the help of a purposeful customized exercise program. Whether you are a life-long athlete or someone who feels good being generally active, the same holds true.
Some things you may strive for:
-better endurance for skiing
-a faster mile time
-ability to navigate the mountains/nature more confidently
-better overall ability to meet the demands of your most passionate weekend pursuits
Let's work towards these goals while we simultaneously improve your holistic health. One does not have to preclude the other.
I would love the opportunity to help you realize your highest potential for health, wellness, and fitness.
